As a little more than 300 days have passed since your original post, would you mind telling us how the cholesterol issue has been resolved? did you reach your goal of 150?

Great post, Jason. I like your energy and the site. So, did you end up getting your cholesterol down to where you want it? If you want some un-asked for advice, get off the soy milk :) It's bad news. No particular effect on cholesterol one way or the other though that I know of. Be well! -Tracy

I am a retired firefighter. Lately I am feeling degregationproblems with my memory and I am concerned about it. I was evaluating memory practice, or omega3 fish oil capsuls. What is the best option?

Jason,

I went through the same issue in 2002 when I was living in USA.
My count dropped from 205 to 155 in 2 months.
I invested enormous time and effort to get to the bottom of this issue and detailed results from my research are here (free, nothing to buy and no affiliate links, just good free report):

My best for your journey,

Hey Jason,

I think it's human nature to "slack off" it's hard for people to give 100% effort, but you're a perfect example of where 100% effort will get you.

I'm taking your advice and going for it!

Also since you've helped me out so much in my business, I thought I'd tell you 2 more ways that I know of to increase your HDL cholesterol eat dark chocolate and drink red wine

Hope this helps - best of luck lowering your cholesterol

Hi Jason,

My best advice is everything in moderation.

Another important addition is a family with children. My family has always kept me healthy, wealthy, young and alive. :)

Life is great. I wouldn't have missed it for anything. Enjoy.

Best Regards,

Jim

Hey Jason,

Your messages are always inspiring. We all know you'll get your cholesterol down fast because you always do what you say you're going to do!

Not too long ago I remember when you would have to ask and sometimes "beg" for your subsribers to post at least 10 comments on your blog.

Now look at it! Well over 50 without even trying. Great stuff! You are the model of massive action.

Rock on!

I get your point Logan and you are right on but from a marketers view there is definitely a lot of interest and confusion on the topic of health.

The thing is we are all different. We all have different needs based on the foods we have been subjecting ourselves to and the lifestyles that we lead, and wish to lead.

I listen and read about nutrition all the time and meat works for some and does not for others. I spoke to a doctor the other day and she said her sickest patients are the vegetarians. Apparently a good book to read is called 'The Vegetarian Myth' - not sure if it is released yet.

If you want some great information from all sides check out www.oneradionetwork.com (I am not assoc with this site but I always listen in). It is free and has loads of great interviews to download.

This is why life is so exciting - we all have to take our own journey and feel our way through (unfortunately a lot of people are loses their senses these days so would not know if something was good for them if it was right in front of them).

Good luck and thanks for the great insights Jason.

Thanks for the comment Logan. The message I got from Jason was also "how to take massive action in any situation." And it's a powerful one. I had the good fortune to meet Jason at a seminar in Austin recently and sit by him for a couple of days. He was one of the presenters and his message was timely and very well presented. What I enjoyed the most, however was the time we had to just visit and chat while sitting at a seminar. I didn't know who he was at the time, so I enjoyed making a new friend. Later I discovered what he has been able to do in a short period of time so he became a "role model" to this retiree! I continue to look to him for suggestions and ideas that are timely and effective.
