Jason,

We all definitely need more "Feel good - Do Well" days! It is about Positive Choice & Pro Action in pursuit of our top goals. We often complicate everything in our lives. We can START now & DO in the most Simple way/s possible and let the rest fall into place.

Blessings & more "Feel Good - Do Well" to all,

Jason, I really appreciate your insight on this... sometimes you hear too much negative and otherwise too much Pollyana. Yours is just right, Thanks

There is a Biblical basis for "breaking metaphors". The Bible says to be careful of the words you say. Personally, I think they open doors to demons... something we don't talk about very often. Thanks for the reminder. I needed it - especially today. Deb

Hi Jason,

I see that you are still a student, as well as a teacher. That is great! We could all learn a lot from Jim Rohn and others like him.

Thanks for the reminder...

Great Post Jason..I believe that paying attention to our thoughts is a key to getting to really 'know' ourselves. .. just being aware of my mental images and their impact upon my life will help me to move forward. Now if I just had an action to help me deal..:)
Have a wonderful day

I think of Ford's famous quip..'whether you think you can or think you can't, your right either way!" Also, Lincoln's "I figured out the best way to help the poor is not to be one of them."

Jason,

Your wisdom far exceeds your tender young age. Thank you for this uplifting post, it's a big help for me and many others, I imagine.

Old habits are difficult to break, like remembering to replace positive statements when old negative mindsets come out of the cobwebs to slow us down.

The conflict is very real and must be dealt with in order to quit spinning our wheels...

Bless you,

Donna

Jason, let me add to the "Break Limiting Metaphors" suggestion.

I've known Zig Ziglar for many years. I'll never forget the little gem I picked up at the first seminar of his I went to. It's an affirmation that makes me feel good and also most of those who hear me say it - well at least they smile about it.

When someone asks how are you today, the best answer is, "Super good, but I'll get better!"

It's a great "Unlimiting Metaphor." It works for me. Try it for a week and see what it does for you.

All the best to y'all,

Great post, Jason.

You have such a deep understanding of yourself for a man so young. Thanks for reminding the rest of us to beware of getting stuck in the 'future' - instead, to be thankful today and every day for simply living.
